Everything is picked, counted and packed at our Thane workspace. Below is what it costs, how long it takes, and how each kind of decoration is protected on the way.

Dispatch and handling

Anything confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day joins that evening’s pickup; anything after it is packed the next working morning. We dispatch Monday to Saturday and do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

Fabric garlands and torans ship folded flat between boards so the wire stems do not bend into each other — a bent stem never hangs straight again. Lanterns and glass ornaments go into moulded inserts inside a second carton. Backdrops are rolled, never creased: a fold across a printed backdrop shows in every photograph you take in front of it.

What shipping costs

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that threshold a flat ₹59 is added at checkout, anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a distant PIN and we do not fold the courier fee quietly into the product price.

Cash on Delivery is available across most of the country. A handful of remote PINs sit outside our couriers’ COD network; in that case the checkout tells you before you place the order, not after.

Couriers and tracking

We ship with our courier partners. Which one carries your parcel depends on the destination PIN, not on what you paid.

A tracking link goes out by email and SMS on the day we hand the parcel over. Courier scans can lag by a day, particularly over a festival weekend when volumes triple — a link that looks frozen on Saturday is usually moving again by Monday. If it has genuinely not updated in seventy-two hours, tell us and we chase the courier ourselves. If the parcel reaches you damaged or a piece is short, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it. Addresses we cannot reach

India only — we do not ship internationally.
Street addresses only; no PO boxes, no APO or FPO addresses.
A parcel returned as undeliverable can be re-dispatched, charged at the flat rate above.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST are picked up the next working day. We do not dispatch on days the shop is closed or on public holidays, and delivery windows are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
