We pack within 1-2 business days in Thane, then transit is 2-4 business days to a metro address and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Door to door that is 3-6 business days for a metro and 5-10 business days elsewhere. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Yes. UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery where our couriers offer it. Cards are not accepted — no credit card, no debit card and no PayPal.
No. Registration under GST becomes compulsory only past a turnover limit set in India, and this shop has not reached it, so we are not registered. Nothing labelled GST is added on top of a listed price, and no GST tax invoice with a registration number can be raised. What the product page shows is what you pay.
Order with the door-to-door window above in hand and add a few days in the fortnight before a major festival, when every courier in the country is at capacity. We will tell you honestly if a date is not realistic rather than take the order.
Yes, within 10 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unhung and still in its original packaging with the invoice. Full conditions are on the return and refund policy page.
Film the unboxing, then tell us within 48 hours. We replace it or refund it in full and we pay the return shipping. To be clear about what that is: a replacement route for an item that arrived damaged or short, not a six-month or manufacturer’s warranty — we do not claim to offer one.
Coil each garland loosely into its own bag rather than pressing several into one box, and keep them dry and out of direct sun. Fabric marigold heads crush permanently if something heavy sits on them for a year, and dye fades faster in sunlight than in use.
Treat every item here as decorative and keep fabric, paper and plastic clear of open flame. Hang buntings and torans above the level where a diya sits, and never drape a garland over a lamp or a light fitting.
The flag buntings are printed polyester and survive a dry balcony or a covered porch. Sustained rain will bleed the dye and soften the stitching, so bring them in — the product page says which items are rated for open weather.
